In this book the is a little girl named Elsie and she lives with her Nan because her mum is a stage women and she can't take care of her. One day her nan gets really sick and has to go to hospital and Elsie gets very upset and then she has to go to hospital and she meets the hospital cat called Queenie will Elsie and Nan ever get better????
I think this book is really cool and it is sad in the right place and super happy in most places overall it is a really good book.
